Started at our Breakfast Table

Every morning, we faced the same dilemma.

The foods we loved were loaded with sugar.

The foods marketed as healthy often were not any different.

As parents and consumers, we wanted something better. Food that tasted good without depending on sugar.

That question became an obsession.

So, we decided to build the products we couldn't find on store shelves. We spent years reading labels, researching sweeteners and rebuilding recipes

The hardest part wasn't removing sugar. It was making sure you'd never miss it.

Our search eventually led us to two remarkable discoveries: Monk Fruit and Stevia.

What followed was countless trials and refinements. Not because we wanted to build another food brand. But because we wanted to prove something: Sweetness shouldn't need sugar.

Today, every Notta Sin product is built on that belief. That's also where our name came from: Notta Sin, as in, Not A Sin.

Because food should not need sugar to taste good. And enjoying it should not come with guilt.
