Shipping & Delivery Policy

Notta Sin Foods Private Limited (“Notta Sin”) is aware of the significance of a smooth and trustworthy delivery process in providing you with an exceptional experience from start to finish. We have our shipping protocols set up to guarantee that your product reaches you in a safe, undamaged, and timely manner.

We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays, or National Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a maximum of 3-6 business days from the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. 

Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Split shipments are completely normal. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations across India. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/COD charge if applicable, on the first package you receive.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet and the tracking status shows, it's been delivered. Please intimate the same to the customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery
intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
