Return & Refund Policy

Any order cancellations can be processed within 12 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at Refund for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.

Purchases made from the online store of cannot be returned after purchase as they are food items. However, we do consider refunds of purchased items only if a wrong, expired and/or damaged product is delivered.

In case of any of the above circumstances, please send us an email with Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging, and Batch Number to, within 24 hours of the order delivery. We would require 48-72 hours to revert.

Once you receive a confirmation from us, securely package the merchandise, including all original packaging and documentation. The package would be collected from the address of delivery in case of return. During pick-up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return.

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria Please allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing refund/replacement. A full or partial refund may be initiated at the sole discretion of Notta Sin Foods Private Limited.

In case you received the wrong product, we request you to keep the product safe, saleable, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pick-up and return.

Returns in case of a wrong product will not be accepted if
a. The product is damaged.
b. It is without the invoice.
c. It is with tampered batch number or price
d. It is without its original packaging.

Please note that orders for Festive Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.

Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post-refund initiation for an online refund to be initiated.

For Prepaid orders, the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
