No. When dates are used as a sweetener, most of their moisture is removed, making them close to 90% sugar. While they contain some nutrients, the sugar load far outweighs the benefit of trace minerals.
Jaggery is often marketed as a healthy alternative to sugar, but the reality is that it is still predominantly sugar. While jaggery contains some minerals such as iron, they are present in very small quantities. You would need to consume large amounts of jaggery to get meaningful nutrition—along with a large dose of sugar.
